A: If we have an existing product in stock, we dispatch samples within 24 hours. For items not in stock, preparation takes 3-5 days. Special sizes, requirements, or small order quantities may incur additional charges, with express shipping costs to be borne by the customer.

A: Upon completion, every batch undergoes a rigorous 100% inspection before packaging. We conduct a double verification process before shipment to guarantee impeccable quality.
Q5: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ is determined by raw material quantities, typically set at 1.07m x 1000m, equivalent to 1070 square meters. Pre-cutting options are available to suit customer specifications.
Q6: What information do I need to provide to get a price quote?
A: Please furnish details such as product material, size, color, order quantity, usage environment, trade terms (FOB, CIF, or Ex-work), destination port, and any special requirements for an accurate price estimation.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A: For orders under US$10,000, we require 100% T/T payment before shipment. For orders exceeding US$10,000, a 30% T/T advance is needed, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
Q8: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For samples or small orders, we typically utilize DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT with a delivery timeframe of 3-5 days. Both air and sea shipping options are available for larger orders.
