A: If we have the product in stock, samples will be dispatched within 24 hours. In cases where stock isn't available, it generally takes 3-5 days. For special sizes, requirements, or small order quantities, a sample charge will apply. Customers are responsible for the express shipping costs.
Q4: How is quality control managed in your factory?
A: Quality is paramount. Once production is complete, every item undergoes a rigorous 100% inspection before packaging, followed by a double verification process before shipment to ensure excellence.
Q5: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ depends on the quantity of raw materials. Generally, it is 1.07m x 1000m, which equals 1070 square meters, and can be pre-cut to meet specific customer requirements.
Q6: What information should I provide to obtain a price quote?
A: Please provide detailed information including product material, size, color, order quantity, intended use environment, trade terms (FOB, CIF, or Ex-work), destination port, and any special requirements.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A: For orders below US$10,000, we require 100% T/T payment before shipment. For orders above US$10,000, a 30% T/T payment in advance is required, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
Q8: How do you ship goods and what is the estimated delivery time?
A: For samples or small orders, we typically utilize express services like DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, which usually take 3-5 days to deliver. We also offer air and sea shipping options to suit different needs.
