A: If we have the desired product in stock, we will dispatch the sample within 24 hours. Otherwise, please allow 3-5 days for preparation. For special sizes or requirements, or for small order quantities, a sample charge may apply. Customers are kindly asked to cover the express shipping costs.

A: Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated through a rigorous quality control process. A comprehensive 100% inspection is conducted upon completion of all goods, with a secondary verification carried out prior to shipment, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
Q5: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ is contingent upon the quantity of raw materials. Typically, it is 1.07m x 1000m, equating to 1070 square meters. However, we offer the flexibility to pre-cut to meet specific customer requirements.
Q6: What information do I need to provide to get a price?
A: To provide an accurate quote, we require details on the product material, size, color, order quantity, intended usage environment, trade terms (FOB, CIF, or Ex-work), destination port, and any other special requirements.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A: For orders under US$10,000, we require 100% payment via T/T before shipment. For orders exceeding US$10,000, a 30% advance payment is needed, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
Q8: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For samples and small orders, we typically utilize DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc., with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. For larger shipments, both airline and sea shipping options are available, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
