	Product Application: The surface of this product, treated with a coating, exhibits excellent ink absorption properties, making it an ideal consumable for high-quality thermal transfer printing. It is suitable for thermal transfer printing of various high-definition and high-density barcodes, and no "offset smudging" will occur during the printing process with most printers. This product is compatible with most wax-based ribbons as well as wax-resin hybrid ribbons.Typical application areas include warehouse, address,and shelf labels.
	Printing and processing:The coated face stock can be pre-printed with halftone dots, intaglio patterns and solid areas using flexographic and letterpress printing methods. It is important to control the viscosity of the ink to prevent the coating from peeling off due to excessively viscous ink. For the areas on the label that require subsequent printing, do not print or apply varnish during pre-printing. This product features excellent paper processing performance and is suitable for both rotary and flatbed processing methods.
	Storage Condition: It can be stored for 1 year at the temperature of 23±2ºC and relative humidity of 50±5%.

Q1:What products do you have?

Q3: If I need sample, what l need to do? and how long can l have sample?
A: lf there is existing product in stock, sample will be sent in 24hrs. lf not, it takes 3-5 days. But if it is special size and requirements, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And the express charge will be aforded by customer.

Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: When all goods finished, there will be 100% inspection before package, and will double verify before shipment.

Q5:Do you have MOQ? 
A:Our MOQ depends on the raw materal quantity, normally 1.07m*1000m=1070 squre meters(can be precut as per customers' requirements)
