A: To receive a quote, please provide product material, size, color, order quantity, intended usage environment, trade terms (FOB, CIF, or Ex-work), destination port, and any other special requests.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A: For orders under US$10,000, we require 100% T/T payment before shipment. For orders exceeding US$10,000, we require a 30% T/T advance, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
Q8: How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We typically ship samples or small orders via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, with an expected delivery time of 3-5 days. For larger orders, both airline and sea shipping options are available, tailored to your specific needs.
